How do I order a Gift Card or an E-Gift Card?
Ordering a Gift Card or an E-Gift Card through CloudTailor’s website cloudtailor.com, app, or EBO is simple. First, you can create your card by choosing the design. Then, select or type in the amount you want to spend, the denomination, and the receiver’s details. Then, click the “submit” button, which will take you to the checkout page. Simply enter your billing and shipping information on the Checkout page, then select the best payment option to finish the transaction.
Where are these Gift Cards accepted?
The CloudTailor's Terms and Conditions govern how you may use a Gift Card or an E-Gift Card. You can use your gift card on the CloudTailor website (www.cloudtailor.com), mobile app or EBO. Under the "Terms & Conditions", you can find the restrictions or unusual circumstances that apply.
Can Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards be recharged after purchase?
Unfortunately, there is no option to recharge the E-gift card currently. However, the terms and conditions of the brand determine whether you can recharge the gift card or not!
Does a Gift Card have an expiry date?
The Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
How can I update the card balance of gift cards in my Account?
You can follow the given steps:
1. Log into CloudTailor’s website or app
2. Click on the gift card and select the “Check Balance” tab
3. Enter the Gift Card Number and the Gift Card Pin to check your balance
How many Gift Cards can I order in one purchase?

Are there any terms and conditions involved?
Yes, CloudTailor governs some terms and conditions that you must know.
1. You can redeem the gift card only on our website www.cloudtailor.com or the CloudTailor app, or our EBOs
2. The gift card is valid for 365 days from the date of issue
3. You shouldn’t redeem the gift card number in the “Coupon Code” section
4. You can use more than one gift card for one order. Furthermore, you can use up to 5 Gift Cards per order.
5. You cannot recharge the gift card
6. The gift card is valid for stitching charges only
7. You cannot encash this gift card
8. You cannot transfer the gift card

What do I do if my Gift Card is stolen/ there is fraud detected in relation to my Gift Card?

Are there any minimum security requirements/precautions that I would need to take in respect of the Gift Cards?
It is vital to maintain the strictest confidentiality and not disclose to anybody the passwords and the gift card pin you or your acquaintances generate on the website.
Can I spend more than the amount on my gift card?
Yes, you can shop for more than the gift card's value. However, you'll have to pay the difference.
What is the difference between a Gift Card & a Gift Voucher ?
You can understand the difference through the following comparison:
Gift Card
1. It looks like any ATM or debit card.
2. You can redeem a gift card in multiple purchases.
3. Unused funds will remain intact in the card for further use.
Gift Voucher
1. It is a classic printed paper.
2. You must use the gift voucher to its full extent in a single purchase.
3. Unused funds will go in vain.
4. Each voucher is only for single use.
Can I purchase a gift card in bulk for a client or employee?

Will I receive a discount if I buy in bulk?
Although we do not offer specific discounts on gift cards, you can send us your request, and we'll be happy to consider your request. However, CloudTailor reserves the right to deny discounts on the Gift Cards.
If I make a direct purchase from www.cloudtailor.com, will I receive a special discount?
No. Unfortunately, there is no specific provision for a direct discount.
I have a gift card for Rs. 2000, but I only spent Rs. 1150. What will happen to the remaining Rs. 850?
Your remaining amount is safe with us. If your card has any leftover money you have not spent so far, it will stay in your account, and you can use it for your next purchase.
Is this gift certificate redeemable for CASH?
No. You can only use the gift cards to place orders with us. You cannot redeem them for cash.
Can I receive a new gift card if I lost the one I had?
Your gift card is your responsibility. CloudTailor.com does not have a provision to provide a fresh gift card if you misplace it.
Will I be able to buy a gift certificate for use outside of India?
Currently, we do not offer our gift certificates outside of India. Therefore, India is the only country where you can redeem a gift card.
Can I place an order using my usual email address, or must I create a new purchasing ID?
When registering with us, you can use any valid email address of your choice, and you can use the same information to make purchases.
What happens if I forget my password or don't have one?
Can I give the item to someone else as a gift?
Yes. You can buy and gift an item to someone. You will have to submit the receiver’s details while placing the order.
How can I purchase a gift card?

Will the order also include an invoice?
Yes, we will send invoices along with your order. Soon after the transaction, the customer will receive an email containing information on the sales invoice. You may use the invoice for any ensuing claims.

Yes. As our Gift Card is an electronic card, you can send the gift card to people in any corner of the world as long as they have a valid email address/mobile number. However, you can redeem the gift card only in India.
How long does delivery take?
Once you place the order, the receiver will receive the gift card immediately via E-mail.
Does shipment come with fees?
Since it is an Electronic E-Card, you will not be charged anything extra. However, you can see the details on the check-out page while placing the order. Therefore, you pay only what you see, and we do not have any hidden charges.
Which location/s have a COD facility?
No. COD facility is NOT available.
My order, can I cancel it?
Once purchased, you cannot cancel gift cards, certificates, or e-gift cards.
If the wrong card is sent, will I receive a refund?
